Jennette and Daniel were blessed with a beautiful sunny summer day for their wedding.  The setting was the gorgeous Ardington House, near Wantage in Oxford.  The stunning country house with a large marquee in the grounds is the perfect backdrop for a wedding with a lake and small island for outdoor ceremonies.  We love working here with the three distinct areas of the house, marquee and ceremony gazebo,  all of which are easy to decorate and look stunning at the end!

All these brilliant photos were captured by the lovely Harley and Susie from www.barkerevans.com.  Our paths have crossed at several weddings again this summer and every meeting just reinforces what brilliant photographers and lovely people they are.

Jennette chose ivory flowers with an accent of dusky vintage pink from memory lane roses, a light, pretty and summery mix of flowers.

The outdoor ceremony area has a stunning small stone gazebo which we decorated with flower garlands, pew end bunches and petals.

In the marquee we placed large cylinder vases with bunches of white hydrangea, gypsophila, avalanche and memory lane roses.  On the top table we added long garlands of the same flowers

The cake was a real showstopper, beautifully made by the team at Ardington. We made a lovely large flower base for it to sit on .

Small clusters of gypsophila on the table plan made a simple but effective decoration.

Jennette and Daniel’s wedding was beautiful and it was a privilege to be part of it.
